Chris Liversidge

Executive Director & Founder

Chris’ career within the IT services sector spans over 35 years. During that time he has held various positions of seniority at some of the world’s leading IT channel partners.


Chris has led large sales teams in the UK and Europe and has been at the forefront of multiple, global managed services solutions.

He founded Orion Global Managed Services alongside his business partner, Al Hay. Together, they identified a need for global access to instant IT services and delivery. The company ethos focuses on a true commitment to world class service delivery. With this at the core of the company, Al and Chris have built a team of IT experts available 24x7x365, around the globe.

Chris is a family man and loves to watch football with his son, he also has a keen interest in wrist watches.

Anthony Tomlinson

Service Delivery Manager

Anthony joined Orion from a strong customer services background, having worked within service delivery and operations in various positions for over 15 years.


Anthony is based at our Head Quarters in North Yorkshire and is responsible for the day to day operations in the UK and Europe. He is a keen cyclist and enjoys competing in cycle races and triathlons.

Darrell Arnold

Sales Director

Darrell’s experience within the IT industry spans over 20 years, he brings to Orion a wealth of knowledge, particularly around global IT services and solutions. Darrell is responsible for leading the Sales Team throughout EMEA.


Darrell joined the Orion team from Smart Capital Technology, network specialists, where he held the position of Sales Manager. His experience in sales and management have led him to build strong relationships throughout the IT channel industry.

Darrell is a dedicated Birmingham City fan and rarely misses a match!

Laurence Brown

Senior Account Director

Laurence has 24 years experience across the Telecoms and IT Sector as an experienced Business Development and Account Manager.


He is a strong relationship builder at any level within an organisation and puts sole focus on providing solutions to meet exact requirements, whilst delivering on time and within budget. Laurence enjoys motorsports and is a classic car enthusiast.

Pete Staveley-Hunt

Senior Account Director

After 10 years of service as a Marine Engineer in the Royal Navy, where he completed tours of Iraq and Bosnia, Pete decided to embark on a career in IT.


He is a qualified MCSE and has held various IT Manager positions for large corporations. His technical background combined with valuable sales skills have led him to his role as a Senior Account Director at Orion. Pete enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and mountain biking.

Charlotte Rose

Sales & Marketing Manager

Charlotte has over 9 years experience in sales and marketing roles within the IT services sector. She leads the Orion Marketing department and is responsible for branding and PR. She has been involved in the planning…


implementation and monitoring of multiple corporate marketing strategies. She also has strong skills around content management and event planning.

In her spare time, Charlotte likes to write music, she also plays the trumpet and sings in a band.

Carrolly Torres

Partner Alliance & Compliance Manager

Carrolly has extensive experience in customer focused roles, including over 6 years in Operations and Compliance within the IT industry. Her responsibilities at Orion Global include leading the Strategic Partnership Programme and ensuring business compliance and continuity.


Carrolly has a keen interest in Psychology and is currently studying for a bachelors degree in the subject. She enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with her son.

Tom Powell

IT & Resource Manager

Tom has a strong background in IT and has worked in technical roles for the past 11 years. He joined Orion Global from MP Computers where he held the position of IT Manager. His areas of speciality include; hardware & software maintenance, network support, infrastructure management & project management.


At Orion Global, Tom is responsible for all internal IT operations and systems, he also leads the UK field service team.

Outside of work, Tom likes to travel to different countries and is an avid supporter of Huddersfield Town.

John Rice

Director of Business Development – US

John has an extremely strong background in IT and telecoms, having worked in the industry for over 25 years. His experience and knowledge within IT services has led him to holding senior business development sales positions at some of the world’s leading IT companies in the US.


Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, John is responsible for leading Business Development across the US.

Outside of work, John enjoys playing racquetball and sailing and spending quality time with his family.

Mick Azmer

Service Delivery Manager 

Mick is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) with over 9 years of experience in Finance & Operations within the IT Sector.


He has successfully implemented the financial systems at Orion and is now leading bespoke global projects in line with customer timelines and budgets.

Mick is an avid football fan and follows Barcelona and Real Madrid with a passion – he never misses an El Clasico match!

Reba Hussain

Manager Global HR

Reba started her career in Human Resources at Orion where she covered a broad spectrum of talent acquisition and management at an International Level.


She has experience in various industries including IT professional services and technology. In addition to day-to-day human resource assignments, she has been instrumental in managing activities such as integrating newcomers into the company and celebrating talent diversity. Reba earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Foundation University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Reba is a keen supporter of animal welfare and loves to look after a number of pets in her spare time.

Shahzain Sajjad

Service Delivery Executive

Manager in all aspects of the customer experience. His keen eye for detail means that he provides a consistently high level of customer service and assures responsive communication across the Orion Global customer base.

Outside of work, Shahzain is an enthusiastic follower of Cricket. He often attends matches, whether it be a twenty- twenty format or Test Series.

Shan Moody

IT Support Manager

Shan is responsible for the deployment and implementation of global IT Services at Orion. Prior to joining the Orion team, Shan has held various IT Manager positions at multi-national companies.


He works well under pressure and is experienced at delivering a high standard of work whilst focusing on client expectations.

In addition to IT services, Shan is responsible for governance and policy, resource allocation, communication protocols and successful task implementation and reporting.

He loves to spend time with his family. He is also an avid fan of watching action, war and historical movies.

Joe Hayat

Assistant IT Support Manager

Joe is a graduate of Computer Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Advanced Computer Networking from Glasgow University, UK. In addition to this, Joe is CCNA & CCNP qualified.


He joined the Orion team from Nokia Siemens, where he held the position of network engineer. His invaluable skill set has enabled him to forge excellent working relationships with Orion’s global clients. Joe’s in-depth knowledge of procedures and policies have led him to take on responsibilities such as, team management, training and supporting employees and appraising their performance.

He is a huge football fan and follows Liverpool FC with a passion!
