Just let us know the problem and we will despatch an engineer to diagnose and fix it, all for a fixed rate cost, with no contractual commitment.

## HOW IT WORKS

- VOUCHERSYou purchase a block of vouchers
- SLAFix the SLA to suit your needs
- LOGLog an incident against your vouchers
- DISPATCHWe despatch the engineer to site and keep track of your usage by sending weekly or monthly reports

**Small print:**

- Valid for any of Orion Global’s Services
- Doesn’t include the supply of replacement parts
- A minimum purchase of X 10 vouchers upfront

- Can be topped up at any time
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months
