Service Delivery Team
The Service Delivery team at Orion Global Managed Services is operational 24x7x365. With a fully manned service desk, we offer support and communication throughout the day and night, regardless of your time zone. Our state of the art ticketing system gives access to detailed job reports and regular service updates, during and after incidents. We have developed a dedicated customer portal, which gives a clear overview of all service incidents, the status and all correspondence.

Chris’ career within the IT services sector spans over 35 years. During that time he has held various positions of seniority at some of the world’s leading IT channel partners. Chris has led large sales teams in the UK and Europe and has been at the forefront of multiple, global managed services solutions.
He founded Orion Global Managed Services alongside his business partner, Al Hay. Together, they identified a need for global access to instant IT services and delivery. The company ethos focuses on a true commitment to world class service delivery. With this at the core of the company, Al and Chris have built a team of IT experts available 24x7x365, around the globe.
Chris is a family man and loves to watch football with his son, he also has a keen interest in wrist watches.
